About Kelly McCracken

Kelly brings over 20 years of expertise in small business management, coaching, and consulting. Her passion lies in crafting and executing strategic plans that align with an organization’s vision, mission, and values.

As former president of Franciscan Media, Kelly significantly improved the financial standing of a well-established publishing ministry. At Aileron, a small business consultancy, she joined as the second employee and helped grow the company to 25 employees serving hundreds of businesses annually. Kelly thrives on fostering cultures rooted in shared values and nurturing strategic relationships.

She has volunteered for several nonprofit organizations and served as a board member and mentor for emerging nonprofit leaders. Kelly is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, a mother to two amazing grown daughters, and the wife of her high school sweetheart.
